Chief Administrative Officer
The Chief Administrative Office is responsible for the fiscal and day to day operational activities of City Hall. The CAO is is appointed by and reports to the mayor. The CAO manages the City’s budget and ensures the City is fiscally responsible. The City Archives holds records from individual CAOs, deputy CAOs, and general subject files from the CAO’s office spanning multiple administrations.
