Request a CopyWe permit and encourage the use of collections already available online for personal and educational use without special permission from the Archives. If you need a high resolution file, please select Yes for need permission.

Use of the Archives’ materials for publication, exhibition, commercial use, or distribution requires written permission from the Archives. A Permission for Use form is included with your request. Submissions may take up to four weeks to process.
In many cases the Archives claims only physical ownership of material in its collections and does not own copyright or other intellectual property rights to this material. In such cases, all responsibility for copyright determination is assumed by the requestor.
