Use the links below to request a record or learn more about our holdings. All record searches will cover fully-indexed records in New Orleans only. The Archives is unable to digitize large sections of printed materials such as books and reports. Please allow 4 weeks for a response. Requests are handled in the order in which they are received, and we cannot accept rush orders. Copies will be provided in digital format unless requested otherwise. We will provide the best copy possible from our microfilm or digital content. We cannot guarantee complete legibility of photocopies, due to the quality of some of the microfilm.

Alternatively, visitors may take photographs of most documents for free using their phone or other camera, provided that the flash is turned off.
