Use the form below to request copies of probate and succession records held in the City Archives. You must include a name and date or date range for all court records. City Archives holds civil court records 1804-1926.

The City Archives & Special Collections will only provide copies of indexed Probate Records on microfilm. Suits will only be scanned in full, Archives staff will not review materials. Original court records and criminal court records that are not on microfilm must be viewed in person.

Before submitting your request, please look on FamilySearch to browse scanned records from many of our civil courts.
